Do you need to write an exposé for your doctoral thesis? Are you unsure how to structure an exposé or would you like some feedback regarding your own exposé? Then take advantage of our individual exposé consultation!

Our Research Proposal Support Service is designed to help doctoral candidates transform promising ideas into compelling, fundable research projects. Through personalized one-on-one consultations, we will help you refine research questions, strengthen methodology, clarify project impact, and align proposals with the expectations of universities, supervisors, and funding bodies.

We are pleased to provide this service in English and German:

If you would like to arrange for a meeting, please send us an e-mail including the following information:

• Dissertation topic
• Subject area, supervisor, and faculty at Heidelberg University
• Current stage of your doctoral project
• Relevant deadlines (e.g. scholarship applications, conferences)

If you are working towards a specific deadline – particularly for scholarship applications – we kindly ask you to get in touch well in advance. Ideally, at least two weeks prior to any submission dates.
