am Montag, den 01.03.2021 um 18 Uhr findet das Open Regular Meeting des Doktorandenkonvents via heiConf/audimax statt. Alle Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden sind herzlich eingeladen. Liebe Doktoranden/innen,
wir laden euch gerne zu unserem Open Regular Meeting am Montag, den 01.03.2021 um 18 Uhr via heiConf/audimax (siehe Link unten) ein. Da die aktuelle Situation auch unsere Promotionen betrifft, würden wir euch gerne die Möglichkeit geben, Themen vorzuschlagen, Fragen zu stellen und euch einzubringen. Das bisher geplante Programm sieht so aus:
- Vorstellung des Vorstands des Doktorandenkonvents
- Vorstellung der Arbeitsgruppen
- Seminare & Workshops
- 4EU+
- Promotionsordnung
- Art of Science (Ausstellung)
- Kommunikation
- Offene Diskussion und Fragen
Wir als neuer Vorstand des Doktorandenkonvents stellen uns und unsere Arbeit vor und sind gespannt auf eure Anliegen. Die Arbeitsgruppen, bei denen wir euch herzlich zur Mitarbeit ermutigen, stellen sich vor. Ihr könnt uns per Mail an doktorandenkonvent@uni-heidelberg.de Themen mitteilen, die ihr besprechen wollt.

Open Regular Meeting of the Doctoral Students Convention
Dear Doctoral Candidates,
On Monday, March 1, 2021 at 6 pm, the Open Regular Meeting of the Doctoral Students Convention will take place via heiConf/audimax. All doctoral candidates are cordially invited to participate. Invitation - Open Regular Meeting
Dear Doctoral Candidates,
we would like to invite you to our Open Regular Meeting on Monday, 01.03.2021 at 6:00pm via heiConf/audimax (see link below). Since the current situation changed the lives of us all, we would like to give you the opportunity to suggest topics which interest you and, also, share any concern you might have with us and your fellow doctoral candidates. The program will proceed as follows:

- Art of Science (Exhibiton)
- Communication and PR
- Open Discussion & Questions
As the new Executive Committee of the Doctoral Convention, we will introduce ourselves and our work. Moreover, the Working Groups, in which we warmly encourage you to participate, will have the chance to present themselves. Please submit your suggestions about Working Groups and questions for discussion via email to doktorandenkonvent@uni-heidelberg.de.
