Scholars-in-residence at the Center / Institute of Contemporary History (in Munich and / or in Berlin) OR at the Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies (Washington). Deadline: 1.1.2014
This exchange is designed for Ph.D. candidates, early postdoctoral researchers, and junior faculty members for the purpose of furthering German-American partnership and commitment to cutting-edge Holocaust-related research. Proposals are welcomed from scholars in all relevant disciplines, including history, political science, literature, Jewish studies, philosophy, religion, psychology, comparative genocide studies, law, and others.
The call is open for either U.S. citizens or German scholars who wish to spend up to 4 months in Germany or the U.S.A.
Stipends range up to $3,100.
