The Doctoral Convention: Invitation to Round-Table Discussion  "Future of Research in  Challenging Times: an  Inclusive and Value-Based  Approach"

Dear Doctoral Candidates,

We would like to invite you all to our round-table discussion "Future of Research in Challenging Times: an Inclusive and Value-Based Approach", which will take place in the very first week of April (precise date and time tbc in the following days). See the invitation here.

The event will consist of a 90 minutes panel discussion, followed by a Q&A session and a get-together over drinks once the round-table is over.

To open the event, we thought to involve YOU!

We would like to create a short video collage with clips of doctoral candidates answering the question: Why is research important and what is the greatest benefit doctoral studies have brought to you?

In the collage we will write your name and department you are affiliated with. The video should not be longer than 20-30 seconds, and it can be recorded simply on your phone. The final product will be projected in front of the participants on the day of the event.

We are also still looking for 1 doctoral candidate to be a speaker. If you are interested, please write us an email!
