Perspektiven nach der Promotion: Wie attraktiv ist die wissenschaftliche Karriere?
Monika Sieverding
What prospects are opening up for women and men after having completed the doctorate? How attractive is a scientific career? What alternatives are there? Why people choose one or the other way? As part of the Perspektiven-Projekt 380 postdocs at Heidelberg University were asked for personal motives, self-assessments and expectations regarding their future career plans. Exemplary results of scientific career motivation and its influencing factors are presented. From the results of the study starting points for a more focused plan of the own academic career can be derived.
Followed by Reception with wine and prezels
